Our Story

a church plant in Lake Nona called Christ Community Church.

In the summer of 2014 we joined with UPC Orlando as a

What we believe

University Presbyterian Church is a community of ordinary people who have discovered that true fulfillment in life is found only in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We believe  that the answers to life's questions are found  in God's Word, the Bible. The Bible is our only infallible rule for faith and behavior. We believe the Bible is God-breathed, authoritative, and without error in the original manuscripts. We believe  that God has eternally existed in three Persons:  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We also believe that the second Person of the Trinity became man, was born of the virgin Mary, lived a perfect life, died on the cross, rose again, and ascended into heaven, where he now reigns at the Father's right hand, awaiting the day when he will return and judge the earth in righteousness. For a fuller statement of our beliefs about God, humanity, the Bible, and the person and work of Jesus Christ, we refer you to the confessional statement of  The Confessional Statement of the PCA. We are a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America and align ourselves with the  Westminster Confession of Faith and  Larger and  Shorter catechisms as summaries of biblical theology.
